When can I order?

  • It’s a weekly subscription that is delivered throughout Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda.  You can also schedule for pick up in Lafayette.  You will receive an email notification on Fridays with the menu. You'll have until Monday to cancel/change/postpone your order. All orders are final by Monday at 9 a.m.

Is it one meal or for the week?

  • It is meant to serve as one meal.  Depending on your appetite, the number of people in your group, and the box size, there may be an extra sitting.

What area do you cover?

  • We are currently taking orders in Lamorinda (Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda)

How much is delivery?

  • Delivery is free in Lamorinda. The price of the box includes delivery.

When will I receive it? Time?

  • All boxes will be delivered Thursdays between 4:00-6:30.

Will the food be delivered Hot?

  • Food will not be delivered hot.  Reheat instruction will be included.

    Can I cancel my subscription?

    • Yes, you can cancel your entire subscription or your order for that week before the Monday deadline.

    How will I know what will be included in the Box?

    • You will get an email every Friday with what will be included in the box. You can cancel your order by the Monday deadline.

    When will I be charged?

    • All orders and charges occur on the Monday, the deadline for making decisions.

    Can I customize my box?

    • We are unable to accommodate customizations at this time.  However we do plan to in the future. Stay tuned!

    Are there dietary considerations / options?

    • At this time we are able to accommodate meat or vegetarian options. We plan to expand our list as we continue to grow.

    Will you include allergens list for each item in the box?

    • Our Chefs will include it on and / or as part of their packaging. It will also be included in the Friday email.

    Why are Omnivore and Herbivore options priced the same?

    • The procurements of the foods along with delivery cost are baked into the package prices eliminating any small differences between the costs of each box type.

    Are vendors certified?

    • Our vendors vary from cottage certified (at home cooking), commercial kitchens, storefronts, and restaurants throughout the Bay Area

    What safety precautions are you taking during Covid-19?

    • All foods are prepared in certified Covid-19 compliant facilities, and handled by our professional delivery staff utilizing masks and gloves for every delivery.

    When will I find out what’s in the box in case I need to cancel due to dislike, allergies, travels, wildfires, etc?

    • The Monday prior to delivery. Do reach out to us directly to sort through.

    How and where do you source your food purveyors?

    • We travel with our hearts, and our bellies, by word of mouth, or simply following the amazing smells. We ensure our Chefs have either cottage food certification, work out of commercial kitchen, or have storefront / licensing in place

    Can I make suggestions on food items or chefs to include?

    • We value feedback and YOUR input as well! Please email us directly with suggestions and names.
