Bánh mì, is the tasty result of cultural fusion. It evolved in the 50's combining the French baguette introduced to Vietnam with local meats and herbs, creating a distinctly flavorful Vietnamese street food that will tantalize your taste buds.  We will provide these disassembled so you can assemble to your tastes and ingredient preferences. 

Meat: Bread, lemongrass and turmeric grilled chicken, aioli, chicken liver pate, daikon and carrot pickle, cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro.

Vegetarian: Bread, tofu, wood ear mushroom, jicama, carrot, vegetarian aioli, cucumber, daikon and carrot pickle, jalapeno, cilantro, soy sauce
