The national dish of El Salvador with its own specific celebration day is a thick griddle cake or flatbread made with cornmeal and stuffed with fresh ingredients. All pupusas are gluten free

Omnivore - stuffed with grilled ground chicken and monterey jack cheese

Herbivore - stuffed with fresh vegetables. 

All meals include casamiento, which translates to "marriage", a perfect description for the marriage between refried beans and rice, that include garlic and onions
