Pork Choila or Baigun Bharta with Pea Pulao
Choila is a typical Newari dish and considered as the necessary part of any festival. It has developed over centuries among the Newar people living in the Kathmandu valley, rich with spices. This version includes diced pork marinated,oven roasted charbroiled in Nepali spices and herbs.
