Phor Tod - Egg Roll

This Thai variety of the spring roll is super crunchy given it's thinner pastry layers. Biting into the crunchy exterior, unrolls the explosion of flavors from a moist, hot, and delicious veggies inside. The peanut sweet and chili sauce, they are served smooth the flavors out.

Ingredients: Wheat flour paper wrap with soy sauce and veggie: jicama, edamame, carrots, cabbage, sweet potatoes, bamboo shoots, onions, and leeks
