Noodle Salad - Bun

This Vietnamese dish is popular throughout the country and uses cold noodles, along with meats, vegetables, lettuce and the sweet and sour fish sauce to create a healthy, light, but satisfying salad. 

Omnivore - Grilled Pork (Bún thịt nướng), rice noodle, lettuce, mint, cilantro, cucumber, thinly julienned carrot and daikon, purple cabbage, fried shallot. Served with sweet and sour fish sauce.

Herbivore - Vegetables (Bún Chay), Fried tofu, wood ear mushrooms, jicama and carrot, rice noodle, lettuce, mint, cilantro, cucumber, thinly julienned carrot and daikon, purple cabbage, fried shallot, and served with sweet and sour soy sauce. 

All meals include peanuts that can be removed for peanut allergies.
