Noodle Salad - Bun

This Vietnamese dish is popular throughout the country and uses cold noodles, along with meats, vegetables, lettuce and the sweet and sour fish sauce to create a healthy, light, but satisfying salad. 

Meat: Grilled pork, rice noodle, lettuce, mint, cilantro, cucumber, julienned carrot and daikon, purple cabbage, fried shallot, peanut and served with sweet and sour fish sauce. 

Veggie:  Vegetarian mix, rice noodle, lettuce, mint, cilantro, cucumber, thinly julienned carrot and daikon, purple cabbage, fried shallot, peanut and served with sweet and sour soy sauce. (Vegetarian mix includes fried tofu, wood ear mushrooms, jicama and carrot)

All meals include peanuts that can be removed for peanut allergies.
