Momos

Momos are the Nepalese answer to the popular dumpling. While they may look like a typical dumpling Momos have a distinct aroma and flavor. These delicious bite sized dumplings are steamed and served with a roasted tomato/cilantro sauce, enriching their texture and flavor even more. 

Ingredients: 

Turkey - Turkey meat and spices

Vegetarian/Vegan - Tofu, carrots and cabbage with spices
