Mandu (Dumplings) - 만두; 饅頭

Mandu are dumplings in Korean cuisine. They can be steamed, boiled, pan-fried, or deep-fried. Mandu were long part of Korean royal court cuisine, but are now found in supermarkets, restaurants, and snack places  throughout Korea. Some say they got to Korea before the 13th century through the silk road. Regardless of the history, these are some delicious dumplings.
