Kue Lapis is a traditional and very popular Indonesian cake. This steamed pandan coconut mochi layered cake is the perfect end to your meal. "Kue" translates to cake and "Lapis" means layers in Indonesian. 

Ingredients: tapioca flour, rice flour, sugar, coconut milk, pandan leaves, pandan extract
