Kafta and Falafel with rice and brussel sprouts

Kafta and Falafels are meat and vegetarian staple dishes of Lebanon, and can be enjoyed greatly with bread or rice. 
Meat: Kafta Meatballs are Lebanese meatballs that are juicy and perfectly spiced. 
Ingredients: Halal ground beef, yellow onions, sumac, seven spice, chopped parsley, salt & pepper)
Vegetarian: Falafels the most popular vegetarian dish are vegetarian balls fried to perfection with a crunchy crust. It is served with tahini sauce.
Ingredients: Garbanzo beans, garlic, onions, fresh herbs, ginger, and sesame seeds
All meals include Arabic Rice and Roasted Brussel Sprouts.
