Haryali Chicken or Kashmiri Daal

Meat: Haryali chicken
Chicken with mildly spiced chicken gravy with a cilantro mint chilli yogurt base. Very aromatic - served with rice 
Ingredients: Cilantro, Mint, turmeric, ginger, garlic, bay leaf, cinnamon , cardamom, onions, yogurt, canola oil.
Veggie: Kashmiri Daal
Daal (chickpea lentils traditional family recipe) slow cooked till the lentils are completely soft and blend together. Tempered with homemade ghee, Zeera ,  julienne ginger, cilantro and blistered chickpeas. Served with a side of basmati rice and pickles. 
Ingredients: Split orange and yellow lentils, canola oil, onions, ginger, garlic, turmeric, spices, chillies, cumin, Babos Garam Masala. Dairy Free
