Ghormeh Sabzi - Herb Stew with Meat and rice

Ghormeh Sabzi dates back as far as 5,000 years and originated in Iran.

Meat Ingredients: Parsley, green onions, leek, coriander, seasoned with dried fenugreek leaves, lime, boneless chuck roast (beef) and kidney beans. 

Vegetarian Ingredients:  Parsley, green onions, leek, coriander, seasoned with dried fenugreek leaves, lime, and kidney beans.

Both served with rice on the side.

Traditionally served as a savory stew with a side of rice.
