Fresh Spring Rolls - Gỏi cuốn
These fresh and healthy spring rolls are simply light and delicious. The vietnamese name literally translates to "Salad Rolls". Our favorite is a vegetarian version using fresh vegetables, herbs and tofu, wrapped in rice paper and served with super flavorful dipping sauce.
Ingredients: Spring Roll - lettuce, cilantro, mint, shredded carrots, shredded daikon, rice noodles, jicama, and wood ear mushrooms. Dipping Sauce - two provided (sweet and sour, and peanut sauce).
