Enchiladas

Enchiladas have been part of the Mexican cuisine since the time of the Aztecs where corn tortillas were wrapped around fish and enjoyed in by the valley of the lake that is currently Mexico City. This delicious version uses salsa Verde and Serrano peppers. Comes with side of beans and salsa.

Meat option includes chicken

Ingredients: Salsa Verde, tomatillos, onion, serrano peppers, black beans, onion,  garlic, oil, Corn tortillas, Queso Crema
