Chris Yang - Hén-Zhì
Hén-zhì is a series of popup dinners showcasing street food in a modern format. The chef is inspired by travels, night markets in Taiwan, and stories of street food told by elder generations. The mission is to serve good honest food that is cooked from the heart. To support local businesses and the wonderful bounty California has to offer, he primarily partner with local farmers, ranchers and fisherman. Food is the universal language which ties all cultures together. It is best experienced when gathered among the table with family and friends, the chefs invite you to their table, to come eat, drink, and tell your story.
