Chef Tiffany - Sparkles & Joy

Originally from the beautiful country of Vietnam, Tiffany moved to the Bay Area to study business management after attending culinary art school in Saigon. Passionate about that way that food reflects and celebrates culture, Tiffany loves to bring Vietnamese and Asian fusion cuisine to tables throughout the community. An avid gardener as well as a chef, Tiffany has always enjoyed garden-to-table dishes, a passion that has extended from her childhood to her current back yard, which is always bursting with new growth. As much an experimenter as an experienced cook, Tiffany enjoys testing new food combinations and exploring varied styles of presentation. For Tiffany, food is the soul of our identities, so she especially loves to bring unique flavors and the specialness of a healthy, home-cooked meal to others.
