I have been a pastry chef for many years. I qualified abroad, and when we moved to the U.S I was delighted to find a job at a lovely local French style bakery. Over the years, I have honed my skills at bread baking and pastry. I even took classes at Sugar Sculpting and worked at bakeries such as Bouchon in Yountville and La Chataigne in Lafayette. When the pandemic hit and the kids started homeschooling, it was time to start my own Cottage Bakery- Showbread!
