Brittany Maffia fuses her passion for local and seasonal cuisine with over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the food, restaurant and hospitality industries to create a culinary experience perfectly tailored to meet her clients needs. She started as a personal chef in San Francisco in her early twenties. After her clients noticed her passion and attention to detail they started referring her to friends and clients. From there, very organically, Urban Organics was born. Urban Organics can coordinate all facets of an event from florists to photographers and employs a professional, knowledgeable and accommodating staff.  Brittany’s selection of the finest organic ingredients coupled with her ability to please any palate, makes for an event to remember.
